Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- •Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- •Wigs must not have been washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way
- •All tags and hygiene liners must be intact
- •Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
- •Lashes and adhesives are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
How to Return an Item

Receive Your Label
We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any USPS location.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different color or length? We're happy to help with exchanges. Simply follow the same return process and let us know what you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund the difference accordingly.
For the fastest exchange, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
